By accessing or using GreenFeeTracker (greenfeetracker.com), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms apply to all visitors, including golfers researching courses, course operators reviewing their listings, and anyone accessing our data.

2. What GreenFeeTracker is

GreenFeeTracker is an independent golf green fee reference database. We collect, verify, and publish pricing information for public and semi-private golf courses across the United States.

GreenFeeTracker is not:

• A tee time booking platform — we do not accept reservations
• Affiliated with any golf course, golf association, or booking system
• A real-time pricing engine — rates are researched and updated on a regular schedule, not live
• A marketplace — we do not facilitate any transactions between golfers and courses

3. Pricing accuracy disclaimer

Pricing data on GreenFeeTracker is sourced from golf course websites, direct course contact, and user-submitted corrections. While we make reasonable efforts to verify and update rates on a regular basis, we cannot guarantee that any rate is current, complete, or free from error. Factors that may cause rates to differ from our published data include:

• Seasonal pricing changes not yet reflected in our database
• Dynamic or demand-based pricing used by some resort courses
• Special rates not published publicly (member guest, tournament, group rates)
• Cart fees that may or may not be included in a published rate
• Surcharges for holidays, peak times, or events

4. Permitted use

You may use GreenFeeTracker for personal, non-commercial research — comparing green fees, finding courses, or planning golf trips.

You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically copy our course database or pricing data for commercial purposes without written permission
• Use our data to build a competing product or resell it to third parties
• Misrepresent GreenFeeTracker as the source of pricing in a way that implies real-time accuracy or official affiliation with any golf course
• Submit false rate corrections, fake course data, or spam the contact form
• Attempt to access systems, servers, or databases beyond what is made publicly available

5. Course operator listings

Golf courses are listed in our database based on public information. Course operators may claim their listing and submit rate corrections through the claim process.

By submitting a listing claim or rate correction, you represent that you are authorized to provide that information on behalf of the course, and that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We reserve the right to verify claims and decline or remove listings that violate these terms.

6. Affiliate links

Some pages on GreenFeeTracker include affiliate links to golf equipment and accessories. These are clearly labeled. Clicking an affiliate link and making a purchase may result in a commission paid to GreenFeeTracker at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our course listings, ratings, or pricing data. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

7. Intellectual property

The GreenFeeTracker name, logo, site design, original written content, and the selection and arrangement of course and market data are the property of GreenFeeTracker and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Individual green fee rates are factual data not subject to copyright. You may quote or reference our data with attribution; you may not republish our editorial content, course descriptions, or site copy without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

GreenFeeTracker is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy of data.

GreenFeeTracker will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, reliance on pricing data, or inability to access the site. This includes, without limitation, damages arising from paying a different rate than published, failing to secure a tee time, or any decisions made based on information found on this site.

9. Third-party links

GreenFeeTracker links to golf course websites, booking systems, and affiliate retailers. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or pricing on those external sites. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
