Correction Policy

How to report a pricing error and what happens when you do.

Rate accuracy is our core value. An incorrect listing is a failure for both the golfer who shows up expecting a different price and the course that loses credibility. We take every correction submission seriously and aim to review all submissions within 24–48 hours.

How to submit a correction

Corrections can be submitted in two ways:

Option 1 — Contact form

Use our contact form and select “Rate correction” as the subject. Please include:

  • The course name and location
  • The rate type (weekday 18, weekend 18, twilight, etc.)
  • The rate you were quoted or paid
  • The date you played or called (so we can assess whether this represents a seasonal change)
  • A link to the course's published rate page, if available

Option 2 — Course operators

If you manage or operate a golf course, you can claim your listing to submit rate updates directly. Claimed listings allow course operators to update pricing through a verified channel. Claim your listing.

How we review corrections

Not all corrections are equal. Our review process:

1

Initial review

We check the submission for completeness and cross-reference the submitted rate against the course's own published page. If the course has updated its rate online, we apply the correction immediately.

2

Verification for unconfirmed changes

If the correction conflicts with what the course currently shows on its own website (or the course doesn't publish rates), we contact the course directly to confirm. We do not publish corrections based solely on a single user submission without corroboration.

3

Context assessment

We consider whether the difference might be seasonal (summer vs. winter pricing in a market with strong seasonal swings), a time-of-day difference (twilight vs. standard rate), or a cart-included vs. excluded discrepancy before deciding how to update the listing.

4

Update and log

Once verified, the correction is applied. The course's last-verified date is updated and the source is adjusted to reflect the verification method used.

What we cannot update

  • Dynamic pricing that changes daily or weekly — we can only publish list rates
  • Unpublished group, tournament, or loyalty rates
  • Real-time availability or tee time booking — we are a rate reference, not a booking platform
